Serving guidelines: use approx. 1 heaped teaspoon per serving. Simply add Tandoori Seasoning to your choice of meat, fish or vegetables together with a little oil and leave to marinate in the fridge anytime from 30 minutes up to 24 hours. Once ready to cook, rub in one tablespoon of natural yoghurt per serving and cook on high heat (BBQ, oven, grill or pan) until cooked through. Garnish with chopped coriander and fresh lemon.
