Mango Salsa Recipe

This fresh Mango Salsa recipe is a very tasty, vibrant and zingy accompaniment to Summer food such as BBQ’s, grilled fish and salads and is even great as a dip with some tortilla chips.

It’s really simple too, with only 6 main ingredients all chopped up and simply mixed together. Total time from scratch is just 5-10 minutes.

Mango Salsa Recipe:

Simply add all the below ingredients to a bowl and mix together.

1/2 ripe Mango (needs to be firm ripe and not mushy), cut into 1/4 inch or 0.5cm cubes.

1/2 red onion – finely chopped.

1/4 large red bell pepper – chopped roughly same size as mango pieces.

1x handful fresh coriander – finely chopped.

1/4 of a fresh lime juice.

1/4 large red chilli – finely chopped.

Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
